If it’s wrong.

 

If we’ve not despatched what you ordered:

  1. Let us know within 14 days at support@intersiteuk.com. We’ll need:
    1. Your Name
    2. Order Number (the format is #0000)
    3. Details of the issue

 

  1. We’ll investigate, then arrange free collection and replacements, or a full refund.

 

If you’re not happy with it.

 

If a product is damaged, faulty, or not as described:

  1. Let us know within 14 days at support@intersiteuk.com. We’ll need:
    1. Your Name
    2. Order Number (the format is #0000)
    3. Details of the issue
    4. Photos of the damage or issue

 

  1. We’ll investigate, then arrange free replacements or a full refund.

 

If you don’t want it anymore.

 

If you decide after placing your order that you no longer require a product:

  1. Please note: Items you return must be unused and in the condition they were received in.  Unfortunately, we can’t refund sale items, or any delivery charges. 

 

  1. Let us know within 14 days at support@intersiteuk.com. We’ll need:
    1. Your Name
    2. Order Number (the format is #0000)
    3. The product code of the product/s you wish to return
    4. The reason for the return (e.g. over-ordered)

 

  1. Wait for us to look into your order and acknowledge your email (normally within one working day).

 

  1. When we’ve replied, please arrange return postage back to us:

We recommend you use a ‘signed for’ or guaranteed service, because we can only refund you when we’ve received the goods in their original condition.
